As the controller within the meaning of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act), we inform you transparently about the handling of your data.

2. General Information

Donkey Bridge is a completely offline password generation app.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data – neither on your device nor on servers.

• No registration required.
• No cloud synchronization.
• No analytics or logs.

All calculations take place exclusively on your local device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
Your inputs (e.g., keywords or quotes) are processed only temporarily in RAM (memory) and deleted immediately after generation. There is no permanent storage of your inputs anywhere within the app.

No personal data is collected.

• Categories: 0 (none).
• Purpose: Not applicable.
• Legal basis: Not applicable (Art. 6 GDPR).
• Retention period: 0 seconds.

Note regarding app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.):
When downloading or installing the app through an app store, the store operator (e.g., Google LLC, Apple Inc.) receives anonymized installation data (e.g., device ID, IP address for billing/statistics). This is outside our control and subject to the privacy policies of the respective store operator. Donkey Bridge has no access to this data.

No sensitive permissions: The app does not request any device permissions (e.g., camera, location, contacts, microphone).

4. Third-Party Services & Integrations

No third-party services or external tracking tools are used.

• No analytics, ads, or tracking tools.
• No advertising.
• No push notifications.
• No external libraries that send data.

5. Data Security

• Encryption: All local processes use secure hash algorithms (e.g., SHA-256).
• Transmission: No network connections – the app is 100% offline.
• Device security: The app respects your device's security settings.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the following rights – even though we do not store any data:

• Access (Art. 15): Request information via email.
• Deletion (Art. 17): Not applicable, as nothing is stored.
• Objection (Art. 21): Against any (hypothetical) processing.
• Withdrawal (Art. 7): At any time.
• Right to lodge a complaint: With the competent data protection authority.

7. Children

Donkey Bridge is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
